I purchased a Philips iron from Hepsiburada around the end of August. From the very first use, the iron has been leaving white stains on my clothes, and this problem has continued in every use without any improvement. I sent the product to service twice due to this issue. Both times, the iron was returned to me with the statement that there was “no problem”, but the white stains on the clothes still continue in the same way. Despite two service attempts, the problem has not been resolved, and I have lost my trust in the brand. Because I cannot use the iron properly and my clothes are being damaged, I request a refund for this Philips iron and the termination of the process with a permanent solution in my favor.
