Philips 8000 Aqua Plus Vacuum Defect Ongoing Despite Warranty Service

March 28 1:12 PM41

I bought a Philips 8000 Aqua Plus upright vacuum cleaner in November 2024 through Media Markt. Although the product is still under warranty, for the last four months it has been throwing the dust back out after vacuuming and I cannot use it efficiently. Because of this problem, I contacted the service three times and the product was sent to technical service three times. Each time the filter change was mentioned, I reset and renewed the filter as stated, but the problem did not improve. On the contrary, the Philips 8000 Aqua Plus has come back more problematic after each service process and the issue still continues. Since the product is under warranty and the issue has not been resolved despite repeated service attempts, I have lost my trust in this vacuum and no longer want to use it. I request a full refund for the Philips 8000 Aqua Plus upright vacuum cleaner that has been persistently problematic despite service interventions.

Philips Vacuum Keeps Stopping – “mo” Error Issue After Battery Replacement

"My Philips AquaTrio 9000 series vacuum has been showing constant faults since I purchased it a year ago. It has been sent to service twice, and the battery was replaced once, but the problem still persists. Over the last three months, it has been giving an “mo” error, stops after running for five minutes, and then starts again. The Philips service representative stated that a replacement cannot be provided and explained the “mo” error as a filter issue, sending a filter free of charge. However, since there is no official Philips dealership in Turkey, a replacement cannot be processed, which has been very disappointing for me."
