Philips Aqua 8000 Vacuum Foot Broken And Not Repaired Under Warranty

I own a Philips 8000 Series Aqua Plus vacuum cleaner, and a very small component on one of the cleaning head attachments has broken. Because of this small broken part, we are no longer able to use the vacuum cleaner properly.
When we contacted an authorized service center and requested a replacement for the damaged component, we were informed that the individual part is not sold separately. Instead, we were told that we must purchase the entire cleaning head assembly. The cost of replacing the complete head is approximately $120–$135.
I find this unreasonable. After spending approximately $400 on a vacuum cleaner, it does not make sense that a tiny broken component requires replacing the entire attachment at such a high cost. Requiring customers to purchase a complete assembly for a minor part failure creates an unnecessary financial burden and does not seem like a fair or practical solution.
I respectfully request that Philips make this individual component available as a spare part or provide a reasonable repair solution. I would appreciate assistance in obtaining the broken part separately instead of being forced to replace the entire cleaning head assembly.

For the last 2 weeks, the connection part of the device was loose, and during normal use today, the plastic part at the joint finally broke completely. There was no impact, fall or misuse; it broke...

I bought the Philips XC 8057 cordless vacuum with the expectation that I was investing in a quality product, but a small issue has turned into a major hassle. The latch of the top cover on the vacuum head broke, and even though the device is still under warranty and the vacuum still functions—includ...

In June 2025, I purchased a Philips AquaTrio 7000 cordless vacuum cleaner through Amazon. Although I used the product regularly and under normal household conditions, around the end of the fifth month, a screw from the main brush head came loose and the head detached completely. I sent the device t...

I bought a Philips 8057-1, 8000 Series mopping vacuum cleaner just 1.5 months ago, and now you're telling me the hose is torn? I only used it 4–5 times in a small area—how can the parts be this poor in quality? Those who said buying Philips is a mistake were absolutely right. You keep giving the sam...
