In June 2025, I purchased a Philips AquaTrio 7000 cordless vacuum cleaner through Amazon. Although I used the product regularly and under normal household conditions, around the end of the fifth month, a screw from the main brush head came loose and the head detached completely.

I sent the device to an authorized service center under warranty. However, I was informed that the brush head is not covered under the warranty and that no repair option was available. Instead, I was asked to pay 4,500 TL (approximately $150 USD) for a replacement head.

In addition, I have observed that the connection points of the device are quite weak. Because air leaks from these areas, the suction power remains noticeably low. Both the early failure of the product and its overall poor performance have caused me significant inconvenience and damaged my trust in the brand.

I am requesting that Philips evaluate the defective main brush head of my AquaTrio 7000 under warranty and replace it free of charge. I also request that the performance issues I have experienced be properly addressed and that my grievance be resolved.
