I Face Philips 3300 Coffee Machine Leak and Missing Accessories
In January 2025, I purchased a Philips 3300 Series fully automatic coffee machine from Ev Center at Pendik Mall in Istanbul. When I opened the box after purchase, I noticed that some items that should have been included—such as the AquaClean/descaling accessories and other components—were missing.
Although I have owned the product for about a year, a water leakage issue started approximately one month ago. During use, the machine leaks water from the bottom, which not only disrupts normal use but also raises serious concerns about the safety and durability of the device.
I informed the Ev Center store at Pendik Mall about both the missing items in the box and the water leakage problem. Unfortunately, they showed no interest and did not offer any solution.
I request that the missing AquaClean accessories and all other required components be sent to me, and that the water leakage issue in my Philips 3300 Series coffee machine be repaired under warranty as soon as possible or that an equivalent solution be provided.
