I had an account with Phemex and held a small amount of cryptocurrency, but for the past two months, I have been completely unable to access the platform. I can’t log in, and there is no way to reach customer support. No response, no updates—nothing.
At this point, I have no idea if Phemex has gone bankrupt or if they are deliberately withholding users' funds. There is zero transparency, and I am deeply concerned about my money.
Phemex, what is going on? Either restore account access or allow users to withdraw their funds immediately! If anyone else has been able to access their account, please share your experience. This company needs to provide real answers now!
