Phemex Account Problem, Withdrawal and Trading Issue

I created an account with Phemex and had a small amount of cryptocurrency stored there, but for the last two months, I have been entirely locked out of the platform. I'm unable to log in, and I can't find a way to contact customer support. There has been a complete lack of communication and updates. Right now, I'm completely in the dark about whether Phemex has filed for bankruptcy or if they're intentionally holding back users' funds.
