They said that a part needs to be changed again and they will let me know, I have been waiting for months. There is a rubbing sound on the wicks when opening and closing the front windows, it is disturbing. Finally, there are noises from the undercarriage of the vehicle. I stopped by K.Maraş Zabunoğlu Peugeot service. They said that a part called the Intercol leg was broken and needed to be replaced. However, since the vehicle had previously been hit from the front, this part replacement is not covered by the warranty. Yes, I hit a dog with my vehicle before. The front shutters were broken. The vehicle was repaired under my insurance policy at your Kayseri authorized service and there was no impact, accident, etc. afterwards. Now, since this damage record was previously recorded, it is said that the part is not covered by the warranty. If this part was in the accident where I hit the dog, your service could not repair or replace this part, it is their own fault. Even if it is not related to this accident, it should be covered by the warranty. Excuses should not be made for not replacing the relevant part under warranty. I regret buying a Peugeot, I have been struggling with the problems I wrote above for 1.5 years. I do not know what will happen in the future. Everyone should think again and again before buying. Relevant Peugeot officials, I hope you will solve my problems on a reasonable basis. If necessary, I will pay the expenses and take it to the legal ground and seek my rights.
