Peugeot 3008's Never-ending Problem With Breakdowns
The 5-year warranty on my Peugeot 3008 model vehicle expired one month ago. Since the warranty expired, I have experienced a total of 4 different faults, each occurring after a service, starting on June 23 and continuing to this day. These issues included an EGR cooler leak, an EGR sensor malfunction, an AdBlue injector malfunction, and finally, an engine malfunction light problem that has yet to be diagnosed. All of these issues were repaired at the Demir Peugeot Samsun Authorized Service Center. I paid ₺9,500 for the AdBlue injector replacement, and it was mentioned that a fee would also be charged for the new malfunction I am currently experiencing. Due to encountering a different issue each time, I cannot use my vehicle, and when I try to sell it, the constant malfunctions make me feel embarrassed in front of potential buyers. No one wants to buy a malfunctioning vehicle, and this situation is causing me significant distress. Additionally, I had previously reported corrosion issues with the same vehicle. I contacted Peugeot customer service and also reached out via email, but I received no response. This situation has caused significant disappointment regarding customer satisfaction and attention. I have begun to think that it is no coincidence that so many issues have arisen in such a short time immediately after the warranty period ended, and that we are forced to go to the service center every time. It feels as though there is a program in place to make us go to the service center constantly. This situation is seriously undermining my trust. I demand that my vehicle be repaired in detail at no cost, that the fees I paid be refunded, and that the authorized service center clarify whether this vehicle is truly a 5-year-old model.
