In March, I took my Peugeot 308 to the Sancaktepe Peugeot Gülan service center due to a noise coming from the steering box. While at the service, my car was hit against a column in the parking lot and was locally repainted. They also mentioned noise coming from the tie rods and the suspension, and I was told the steering box needed to be replaced, but the part only arrived in September. I requested that the repair be done along with the maintenance, so I left the car at the service on 08.09.2025 and received it back on 11.09.2025. During the maintenance, the spark plugs and steering box oil were changed, and I was charged a total of ₺15,000 for the service. My car was under warranty, and the steering box was replaced under warranty. Before receiving the car, there was no noise other than the steering box issue, but four days later, when I went to pick it up, I noticed the engine was running loudly and the gas pedal was vibrating. I returned the car to the service, but it was given back to me without any action taken. Initially, the mechanics had stated there were issues with the tie rods and suspension, but those parts were not replaced either. Right now, my car continues to have engine noise at startup and during driving, along with vibration in the gas pedal. I request that the issue be fully resolved, that all parts identified as faulty during maintenance be rechecked and replaced if necessary, and that my car be restored to its proper condition.
