Delays and Lack of Support for my Peugeot 408 GT
Hello, my name is Sercan Büyük****, and on 31.05.2023, I purchased a Peugeot 408 GT model car. I was told that it would be delivered to me by 23.06.2023 before the holiday, but it was not. They provided a substitute vehicle instead. After the holiday, I called them, and they said they would deliver it on 07.07.2023, but it was not delivered on that date either. There are voice recordings regarding this matter. Peugeot Turkey contacted me and informed me that my car is awaiting software updates, and they may be able to deliver it sometime this month or next month. I am in great distress. I decided to try the Peugeot brand, leaving behind other car brands I have used before. I chose the 408 GT model, which is supposed to be a rocket, but I have not received sufficient support for its software. This means I will encounter many issues if it breaks down in the future. I am extremely dissatisfied with Peugeot in Turkey regarding this matter. I am urgently seeking your help and support. I expressed my complaint to customer service, but they cannot provide me with a delivery date. They said they would contact me through Instagram, but no one has reached out. I even emailed Peugeot in France but received no response. The customer experience of the Peugeot brand cannot be this poor. They cannot even tell me when my paid-for car will be delivered.
