Peugeot Refused Replacement Vehicle for My 3008 During Warranty Repair

I own a 2024 model Peugeot 3008. On May 12, 2025, I contacted the authorized service center due to a malfunction in the multimedia screen. I was initially told the issue would be resolved through a software update, but this did not fix the problem. On May 13, 2025, I was informed by the service center that the issue was hardware-related and a replacement part needed to be ordered from abroad. The estimated delivery time for the part is approximately 45 days. During this period, I am expected to continue using the vehicle with the malfunctioning screen until the part arrives and the repair is completed. Despite Peugeot Türkiye clearly stating on both its official website and on a notice displayed in the service center that replacement vehicles will be provided free of charge for repairs under warranty lasting more than 2 hours, I have not been given a replacement car. The justification given was that the vehicle is still “drivable,” which is a subjective and inadequate reason. The replacement vehicle service is a clearly advertised after-sales commitment to consumers. Failing to fulfill this promise damages brand trust and creates a serious consumer grievance. I hereby request that Peugeot Türkiye fulfills its obligation by providing me with a replacement vehicle and takes the necessary steps to resolve the inconvenience I have experienced during this process.
