Peugeot Failed to Deliver My E3008 in 22 Days
I bought an E3008 vehicle from Bursa Baykar Peugeot dealer on 06.01.2025. The dealer informed me that the vehicle was dealer stock and could be delivered. My vehicle has not been delivered in the past 22 days and I cannot receive any information. Even though I called the headquarters many times, no information was given. I learned from the call center that a sales personnel named Ms. G*** was interested, but I could not reach that employee. I've called 10/15 times in the last week, we got a record, they say Ms. G*** will call you, but no one calls or asks. Likewise, I cannot get information from the dealer, because they are not given any information either. I can't understand why such a big company is so poorly represented. I request that my grievance be resolved as soon as possible.
