Damaged Pet Food from Pet Smart Delivered in Poor Condition, No Resolution Offered

I purchased 30 packs of wet dog food from Pet Smart, but the delivery was a disaster. The courier threw the package into my yard while I wasn’t home. When I found it, the box was soaked, emitting a terrible smell, and one of the packets had burst open, likely days earlier.
The spoiled food created a huge mess and inconvenience, but when I contacted Pet Smart, they offered no definitive solution. Instead, they blamed the courier for the issue, leaving me to deal with the aftermath. This level of customer service is unacceptable. I expect Pet Smart to take responsibility and resolve this matter by replacing the damaged items or providing a full refund immediately.
