I Ordered Hills Kitten Food from PetSmart, Received Damaged Packaging

I recently ordered a 7 kg bag of Hills Kitten Chicken Cat Food from PetSmart’s Turkish website. Although the price was surprisingly low compared to other sites, I went ahead and made the purchase. Soon after, a woman claiming to be a PetSmart employee called me directly on my personal phone, explaining that they had one bag left in stock, but it was damaged with a torn package. When I asked for photos or a video to verify, she simply responded, "We already inspected and sent it." I suggested waiting for a new batch, but was told I would not be able to get the new bag at the same discounted price.
They offered either a refund or store credit, and I chose a refund. To my frustration, I was informed that it would take an entire month for the money to reach my account. I had borrowed the funds to make this purchase, and with my kitten’s food supply running low, I feel completely let down by PetSmart. I believe they noticed the pricing error and decided to cancel, prioritizing profit over customer satisfaction. PetSmart needs to handle this urgently to prevent others from similar issues.
