I ordered Pet Smart wet cat food online at night, but the next day, I received a call saying there was a stock issue. They offered me a different variant of the same brand and asked for my consent, which I reluctantly gave.
However, when I got home, I noticed the original item was still available, but its price had been increased from ₺75 to ₺90. I called the number that contacted me and confirmed the cancellation was due to the price change, not a stock issue.
Why sell a product at night only to claim a "stock problem" the next morning and push a cheaper product at the same price? This feels like a manipulative sales tactic. Online customers shouldn’t be treated this way. It’s unacceptable for prices to change overnight, and for a lower-value item to be offered deceptively. I demand accountability and fair treatment for online orders.
