MyIQ Charged a Membership Fee I Never Approved
I made a $1 test payment on Myıq solely to try out the system. Other than this test payment, I did not approve or consent to any membership. Despite this, on November 25, a $34 membership fee was charged to my card ending in 6023 without my knowledge or authorization.
I never approved this high-value charge, I received no notification about it, and I absolutely did not consent to any membership. As soon as I noticed the transaction, I contacted my bank and filed a dispute.
I request the immediate and full refund of the $34 that was charged without my knowledge and approval, and I ask that any memberships or subscriptions created in my name be fully cancelled without requiring any additional action from me.
