I noticed several unauthorized withdrawals of 39.95 from my ING account, with reference numbers P00560, W00532 and W00502, where the name Personality.co appears in the transaction description. I do not remember ever taking a test, registering for any service, or approving any subscription related to this name, and I never agreed to any recurring payments. When I contacted ING, I was informed that they can only cancel these payments from this month onward. However, these amounts have already been collected three times from my account in previous months without my consent. I consider these withdrawals to be unauthorized and related to a subscription I never agreed to. I request a full refund of all amounts of 39.95 that have been taken from my account in connection with Personality.co and confirmation that any related subscription or payment agreement has been completely cancelled so that no further money will be withdrawn from my account without my explicit consent.
