My PeP Account Not Verified—Deposited Money Stuck

I signed up for PeP and deposited money into my account, but because I couldn’t complete the verification process, I am unable to access or use my funds. When I contacted customer service, they told me to email my account details and request a refund. I followed their instructions and sent the email, but my money is still stuck in the account, and I have received no update or response.

This is completely unacceptable! If PeP is holding users’ money, they must provide fast and clear solutions. I demand an immediate resolution and refund of my funds. PeP must fix this issue now or risk losing customer trust.
