Pegasus Airlines Flight Delays and Unapproved Rescheduling
My friend and I booked tickets with Pegasus to fly to Podgorica, Montenegro and faced significant issues on our return journey. Our flight from Podgorica to Ankara was delayed by 3 hours. Then, our connecting flight from Ankara to Istanbul, originally scheduled for the same day at 21:30, was rescheduled to the next day at 14:50 without any prior notice, email, or SMS, and without our consent. We have the right to compensation and submitted a claim, but despite being told it would be resolved within 4 business days, it has now been 2 weeks with no response or update. We are left stranded and still haven’t received the compensation that we are entitled to. We urgently request that the compensation be processed and paid to us as soon as possible.
