Pegasus Airlines Last-Minute Cancellation Issue



On Sunday, November 12th, at 09:20, the Şanlıurfa - Sabiha Gokcen flight was abruptly canceled around 03:00, a mere 6 hours before departure, without any explanation. I discovered this upon arriving at the airport, unable to reach the call center for 45 minutes. With no Pegasus representative available and ticket counters closed, we couldn't get assistance. Despite being on annual leave and needing to make the flight, no tickets were available, including from Pegasus. So, at 12:15 on the same day, we bought tickets for Diyarbakır - Istanbul New Airport, drove there, and completed the journey by our own means. This ordeal has taken a toll on us both financially and emotionally. After arriving in Istanbul, Pegasus messaged that they rescheduled the flight to November 13, 2023, at 10:20. Why wasn't this communicated by the call center or at the airport? Why was the flight invisible for three days? I filed a complaint with Pegasus about my distress but received an unsatisfactory response. I am disappointed with this airline and want to share my negative experience.
