Pegasus Airlines Delayed Issuing My Free Tickets for 45 Days Despite the Follow-ups

Dear Pegasus Customer Service Team, it has been 45 days since my free tickets were defined, yet they have not been issued. I have reached out to your customer service team by phone and email at least 15 times, including on October 13, October 15, and October 18, 2024, as well as on other dates. Despite my repeated attempts, I have not been able to connect with the relevant department to address this issue. Your representatives assured me each time that my case would be forwarded to the correct department and that I would receive a response, but these promises have not been fulfilled. To date, I have received neither a response nor a resolution. It is disappointing that a reputable company like Pegasus has been unable to resolve this matter after such an extended period. Customers should not have to follow up so persistently for a simple request, as this situation damages the company’s professional image. I kindly request immediate intervention to resolve this issue.
