Pegasus Canceled My Flight—Hotel Booking Lost & No Customer Support
On January 29, 2025, my flight from Izmir to Lisbon with Pegasus Airlines was suddenly canceled. They rescheduled the flight for January 30, but by then, my hotel reservations were already booked based on the original flight date, leaving me stranded and financially impacted.
I tried to contact Pegasus Airlines multiple times to request compensation for my losses, but it’s impossible to reach customer service. No one is responding, and my issue remains unresolved.
Pegasus, you canceled my flight and caused financial loss—where is the accountability? I demand a refund or compensation for the extra costs I incurred due to your cancellation. Ignoring customers and offering no resolution is unacceptable! I expect an immediate response and action!
