Pegasus Issued Wrong Ticket Time Despite Request
At the Pegasus SAW sales counter, I specifically requested a morning flight, but the ticket was issued for the wrong time. I immediately disputed the error, and there is an audio recording at the counter to prove this. I should not have to pay for the mistake made by your staff—what’s the point of having audio recordings if they’re not used? I am requesting a full refund. I will provide flight details upon contact. Pegasus, you need to address this issue. You cannot charge me for flights I did not take!
