Despite my best efforts, Pegasus Airlines continues to insist on requesting call center recordings that they consider necessary, without even bothering to make a phone call. They changed a ticket that I had canceled against my wishes into a voucher. Then, to my surprise, they took my right without informing me and expected me to contact them for a refund to my card. When I reached out to the call center, they insisted on knowing the name or date of the representative I had spoken to several months ago, which posed a challenge for me. The company refuses to issue my refund, insisting that I must call them before they can proceed with the process. In addition, rather than providing a new ticket, they are adamant about reimbursing an amount that is insufficient to cover the cost of a bus ticket for the current year. I kindly request assistance in resolving my issue and receiving a refund for my ticket. The unresolved request number I have with Pegasus is 07432039.
