Since the last day of the campaign was 05.07.2024, I purchased my tickets on 02.07.2024 for a one-way flight from Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen to Barcelona on 24.11.2024 and a return flight from Barcelona to Sabiha Gökçen on 29.11.2024 to not miss the discount. As of today, when I look at the same flights, I see that the price without the campaign is lower. The company made it seem like they were giving me a discount, but in fact, they caused me to buy the ticket at a higher price. If they hadn't applied the discount, I could have bought my ticket later at a lower price. I kindly request your support to address this issue.
