I am frustrated with Pegasus Airlines. I earned a free ticket code through one of their promotional campaigns, but every time I try to use it, I get an error message saying, "The campaign validity period has expired." This is incredibly disappointing because I am still within the campaign period, and I have met all the conditions outlined in the promotion.

Despite adhering to the rules, the code is not working, leaving me unable to redeem the free ticket. I feel misled by the promotion and am requesting that Pegasus Airlines thoroughly investigate this issue and make the necessary adjustments so that I can use the code as promised.
