Pegasus Airlines Comfort Flex Ticket Cancellation & Partial Refund Issue


I purchased a Comfort Flex ticket for my international trip in March, specifically because my departure dates were uncertain. The main reason for choosing this ticket was the promise of full cancellation and refund without deductions. However, when I tried to cancel my ticket, I noticed that only a fraction of the amount I paid would be refunded.
This is completely unacceptable and misleading. If a ticket is advertised as fully refundable, why am I receiving a partial refund? I paid extra for the Comfort Flex option, trusting the cancellation policy, but now I am experiencing hidden deductions.
I request immediate clarification and a full refund of my ticket amount as per the terms and conditions that were originally presented. Pegasus Airlines must honor its advertised policies and ensure transparency in its refund process. Please address this issue as soon as possible.
