Pegasus Fails to Refund 29,760 BolPoints After Flight Cancellation
I purchased a ticket for the February 11, 2026 SAW–RTM flight with Pegasus using PNR number 1LPBN8, redeeming a total of 29,760 BolPoints. Later, I decided to cancel the flight myself.
When I called customer service, I was told that the ticket could not be changed over the phone, but it could be canceled and that my BolPoints would be refunded. I was instructed to complete the cancellation through the Pegasus website. Following these instructions, I canceled the ticket online on January 26, 2026. I was told there would be no monetary refund or additional payment involved, only that my 29,760 BolPoints would be returned to my account.
However, despite the time that has passed, the 29,760 BolPoints have still not been credited back to my account. I also did not receive any email or SMS confirmation regarding the cancellation. When I contacted customer service again, I was informed that complaint record number 14291752 had been created and that the process could take at least 96 days.
Waiting such an excessive amount of time for a flight cancellation and points refund is causing significant inconvenience and has seriously damaged my trust in Pegasus. I am requesting that the full 29,760 BolPoints for my canceled flight be promptly and completely restored to my account, and that the inconvenience caused by this extended delay be properly addressed.
