Pegasus Airlines flight from Sabiha Gokcen to Izmir on June 2 at 7:05 pm was a bummer. They didn't give me a ride so I couldn't hop on at 6:35 pm. So, I got to the boarding gate at like 6:45 pm and the attendants there were totally unhelpful and didn't care about my concerns. The company is so unprofessional and can't even do their job right. I was just a passenger, so I needed them to give me a ride, many were like me, left helpless. But man, their lack of customer service totally ditched us all at the airport.They also failed to suggest any other options. Instead of saying sorry, they told me to just get another ticket. This is not cool and shows they don't care about their customers. the airline really needs to get their act together. It's not cool to make passengers go through such uncomfortable and inconvenient situations. They gotta respect and give passengers the services they paid for.
