I bought a plane ticket from Pegasus, and on the ticket, it said that the plane would leave at 8:30. We got there at 8:15, and the plane hadn't taken off yet. They hadn't even collected the boarding stairs. But still, the people working at the gate wouldn't allow us to get on the plane. No matter how hard we tried to talk to them, they were completely useless. I've never seen a company that seems so uninterested. I won't use their services ever again. Pegasus is a company that doesn't support its passengers.
