Pegasus Failed to Compensate After Missed Connection
I experienced serious inconvenience during my Pegasus Airlines journey on November 28, 2025, which was scheduled as a Konya – Sabiha Gökçen – Edremit connecting trip. Because flight PC2703, which was supposed to depart from Konya at 09:50, was delayed by approximately three hours, I missed my connecting flight PC4069 to Edremit. Since I could not reach Edremit by plane as planned due to missing the connection, I was forced to travel by bus instead, which caused me additional bus ticket expenses. As a result of this situation, I contacted Pegasus customer service on November 28, 2025 and created complaint reference number 13975025. Today, I only received an apology via email, but no compensation or solution was offered regarding either my unused flight ticket or the additional bus ticket expenses I incurred. Because I missed my connecting flight due to the significant delay, I request a refund for the unused portion of my airline ticket, as well as reimbursement for the bus tickets I had to purchase to reach Edremit. If this issue is not resolved, I would like to state that I am considering applying to the relevant authorities and, if necessary, pursuing legal action within my legal rights. I kindly request that my complaint be taken into consideration, that a clear and written explanation be provided regarding this situation, and that the refunds and expenses I am requesting be covered within a reasonable timeframe.
