Pegasus Airlines Negligence And Unjust Refusal To Take Responsibility

On May 28, 2024, I arrived at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen from KKTC Ercan on Pegasus flight DM2DGF at 05:00. I had a medium-sized hiking backpack and a 27" monitor with me, which I had carefully packed (monitor box, flexible cover surrounding the monitor, and front and rear foam specifically made for the monitor). I handed over the monitor as "large luggage" at point 38 upon the request of Pegasus officials. At the Pegasus check-in point at KKTC Ercan Airport, one officer suggested wrapping the monitor box with bubble wrap, while another officer sitting to her left said it was unnecessary and to proceed as it was. I followed their instructions and handed over my luggage at point 38. After the flight, I retrieved the monitor box from the large luggage section at Sabiha Gökçen.
Since I live in Bursa, I placed the monitor in the upper luggage section of the BURULAŞ bus's luggage compartment, ensuring nothing would be placed on top of it, and retrieved it the same way from the Bursa Terminal. However, upon arriving home and connecting the monitor to the computer, I noticed vertical black lines on the screen. At the request of Pegasus customer service, I took and sent them photos, which I am also attaching here.
As clearly seen from the photos, even if I had checked the box at the airport upon their suggestion, I would not have realized the monitor was damaged. This is because you would not understand the issue without connecting the monitor to a device with VGA or HDMI output like a PC. I am a licensed IT specialist, and the image on the monitor indicates that the monitor's card and/or socket was broken due to a hard impact.
It appears that either at Ercan Airport or Sabiha Gökçen, they deliberately mishandled the monitor box, resulting in damage to my monitor. Pegasus responded to me as follows: "The issue you have conveyed has been examined, and a Limited Release tag was attached to your belongings when they were accepted at check-in, and a copy was given to you..." However, as you can see from the photos, no such tag was attached, no copy was given to me, and no warning or information was provided to me (there are high-resolution cameras recording everything almost everywhere).
