Pegasus Airlines Broke My Baggage But No Refund Provided




Pegasus Brussels-Charleroi Istanbul - Sabiha Gokcen PC-804 03/03/2024 14:45 My suitcase broke during the flight. You can see the images attached. And this isn't the first time this has happened. Although they had previously delivered a similar one when they broke my suitcase, they stated that due to the changed baggage procedures, they would no longer deliver a new suitcase to you unless your laundry was scattered around. Although they said they would respond to the complaint I filed within 2 days, it took 1 week. They then send them an e-mail stating that if you do not get back to them within two days, they will cancel the complaint. An employee took a picture of my suitcase, and she said she would report directly to the responsible party. And as I learned from the call center, she did not. After that, they mailed me 1 week later, stating that I had to repair some areas with the signed fees. But it is not possible in Turkey. Every Turkish person knows the details, I guess. Because shoe repairmen do not charge fees and require signatures. Pegasus has to share with me the list of shoe repairmen with signature and stamp in Turkey.
