Pegasus Airlines Made Me Miss an Important Meeting Due to a 4-hour Flight Delay

Hello, I’m A***. On 10.09.2024, at 10:10 AM, I set out from İzmir to go to Sabiha Gökçen Airport. However, when I arrived at the airport, I learned that my flight was delayed and had been rescheduled. I hadn't anticipated that I would miss the important meeting I needed to attend at noon, nor that this situation would put me in a difficult position with my international clients. As I write this, I see that the initial delay of three and a half hours has now been extended by an additional 45 minutes, bringing the total delay to 4 hours and 15 minutes. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, leaving us in such a situation. We have grown tired of your consistently delayed flights and have tried to stay silent until now, but today’s situation has gone too far. It's not right to put me, and possibly others in even more difficult circumstances, in this situation for such a long time. I will take the necessary steps and hand this matter over to our legal department. I will not only seek compensation for the damages I’m entitled to, but I will also make sure to highlight this situation on social media and all other platforms every day. Because of you, I missed a very important meeting with my clients, and this will cause me significant harm. Don’t misunderstand, I will prove this. You cannot subject us to such distress.
