Flight PC2001 Cancelled - Pegasus' Late-Night SMS Notification Causes Disruption

I received an SMS at 23:37 on July 15, 2024, informing me that my flight PC2001 from AYT to SAW at 07:55 on July 16, 2024, had been canceled for operational reasons.

Although I was given the option of free cancellation, changes, or credit, this cancellation is insufficient for me because it disrupts all of my plans, interferes with my meeting schedule, and causes financial and emotional distress for me, my wife, and my daughter, who were also traveling with me.

Announcing the cancellation of a flight due to operational reasons late at night may cause inconvenience, even forcing families to scramble at the airport during sleeping hours. We were forced to change our flight time to 09:25 because it was the only available option. If we had canceled and booked an earlier flight with another airline, the cost would have been half of the original ticket. Of course, these concerns appear insignificant to dear Pegasus.

Those who can afford it may go to court over such an ordeal. Never have I seen anything so ridiculous. Let's see what help they can provide for our grievance. How will they compensate for my 90-minute work loss, which could be extended due to additional delays? Traffic will be heavier when I arrive! Because it is difficult to reach them and they inform people about such issues via SMS without considering the impact on their situations, I wanted to convey this situation to the appropriate authorities.
