Pegasus Airlines Lost My Luggage With My Child’s Life-Saving Medication

I traveled with Pegasus Airlines on January 28 on the Vienna–Ankara Esenboğa flight (PC1674). I am currently in Ankara, but my luggage was left behind in Vienna and has not been delivered to me for three days. In my missing bag are not only personal belongings but also my child’s medications and formula. Even though I clearly explained that my child has a genetic condition and that these medications have no equivalent available in Turkey, my situation has not been resolved. Despite the life-critical importance of these medications, I have been unable to reach the company either by phone or email, and getting through to customer service is nearly impossible. I have been left in an extremely difficult position both regarding my child’s health and our basic daily needs. I urgently demand that my luggage be located and delivered to my address in Ankara as soon as possible, and that this serious hardship I have experienced be properly addressed.
