On June 5th, I flew with Pegasus Airlines on flight pc1744 from Warsaw to Ankara Esenboğa. After landing at Ankara airport, I learned that the luggage I had checked in with the airline was lost. I contacted the airline's ground services and filed a report. They informed me that if found within 21 days, my luggage would be sent to me, and if not, I would receive compensation. I am a foreigner. Due to my lost luggage, I can't return to my country. I'm waiting unnecessarily in Ankara. I call and write to customer service every day, and each time they say the checks are ongoing. They don't know where my luggage was lost, whether it remained in Warsaw or arrived in Ankara. I've had many connecting flights before, but they never lost my luggage. I can't believe my luggage was lost on a direct flight (Warsaw-Ankara), and I'm very angry.
