Pegasus Lost Suitcase - No Response

On my Pegasus flight from Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen to Malatya with PNR number 1A6JLF for three passengers, my suitcase was lost and has still not been delivered even after three days. Inside my suitcase were the keys to my home, my clothes, and gifts. Since I do not have my keys, I cannot return home and have been forced to stay at a hotel with my family. During this period, I have had to spend approximately ₺50,000 on hotel, travel, and clothing expenses. I filed a report at the airport regarding my lost suitcase and have contacted Pegasus customer service multiple times, yet no response or solution has been provided. This is the first time I have experienced such a grievance, and I have suffered serious financial and emotional damage. I request that my suitcase be found as soon as possible, that all expenses incurred so far be reimbursed, and that my financial and emotional damages be compensated.
