On June 27, 2025, I traveled on Pegasus Airlines flight PC981 from Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen to Berlin. Before my flight, I checked my luggage at the counter and paid an excess baggage fee. Crucially, I was not given a baggage tag or receipt. When I inquired, the agent simply dismissed me, saying, "get your ticket from over there." This was a significant act of negligence by Pegasus staff.
Upon arrival in Berlin, my luggage did not arrive. For the past four days, my bag has been missing. I have contacted Pegasus multiple times since then, providing detailed descriptions of the bag's contents, including important personal items and my prescription medications. Despite my efforts, there's still no clear information; each time I call, I'm simply told, "we are checking the areas." Disturbingly, another passenger who checked their luggage at the exact same time as me also had their bag lost.
The inability to track my luggage in the system is entirely due to Pegasus's negligence. I've been forced to live without my medications and personal belongings for four days, causing immense stress and inconvenience. This situation has had a severe emotional and practical impact. I have already filed a complaint with CIMER and will continue to pursue all my legal rights. I demand an immediate resolution to my predicament, the urgent location of my luggage, and if it cannot be found, the initiation of a compensation process.
