Pegasus Airlines Left Luggage in Istanbul, No Customer Support or Communication


On August 4th, I flew from Sabiha Gökçen to Athens on flight PC1193. Upon arrival, we realized that 80% of the passengers' luggage, including mine, had not been loaded onto the plane and was left behind at Sabiha Gökçen Airport. My luggage contained essential daily medication, which I need regularly.
Attempts to contact Pegasus customer service have been unsuccessful, and no emails or messages have been sent to inform us about this issue. I am left wondering whom I can contact to resolve this problem if customer service is unreachable. How can I get updates or solutions for my missing luggage? This experience with Pegasus has been deeply disappointing.
