Pegasus Airlines Issued Me the Wrong Ticket and Has Not Refunded My Money Yet

In early September, I tried to reschedule my Pegasus Airlines flight, but they gave me the incorrect ticket, resulting in a loss of ₺3300. Despite promising to refund me, they claimed they sent an email requesting my IBAN number, but I never received it. To add to the frustration, they altered my email address in their system without any explanation, which is baffling since I received all other emails except the one asking for my IBAN. It seems like a clear neglect, and I still haven't been reached out to or received my refund. This situation has not been managed well, and I anticipated a higher level of service from Pegasus Airlines. I strongly encourage them to address this matter and issue my refund without delay.
