Pegasus Airlines suddenly rescheduled my flight from Milan to Istanbul (Sabiha Gökçen), originally booked for Saturday, March 8, 2025, at 16:00, without my consent. The new flight was set at an inconvenient time on the same day at 09:00 AM, causing significant disruption and financial loss. Because of this abrupt change, I had to urgently adjust my plans, rebooking another flight and incurring additional costs totaling around ₺7,500!
This unjustified change caused both financial and emotional distress. Pegasus Airlines has greatly inconvenienced me, and I demand immediate compensation for my losses. It's unacceptable to impose such changes without offering alternatives or proper compensation. Pegasus Airlines, promptly refund my ₺7,500 loss and take responsibility for this frustrating situation now!
Pegasus grievance Pegasus arbitrarily canceled the 16:00 flight from Milan-SAV on Saturday, 08.03.2025, without a real force majeure reason, and directed us to the 09:00 flight on Sunday morning. However, we also had a ticket for the 23:45 SAV-ÇOV Pegasus flight on Saturday night. We would have missed that flight and we didn't have a hotel reservation. Therefore, we found a ticket for the 13:00 flight on Saturday from Ajet and returned. Now Pegasus says they won't pay for another company's ticket. As if I bought it arbitrarily. I do not recommend Pegasus to anyone. Especially abroad, you can be left stranded like us at any moment. If you research, you will see that they have made it a habit to cancel flights. I do not recommend Pegasus to anyone.
