Pegasus Airlines Forces Us to Pay Unfulfilled Flights

Pegasus Airlines is billing for a flight that didn't happen. Our outbound flight was canceled, and we reluctantly accepted it and asked for a refund. First we went to Stockholm, then we went to Istanbul from Stockholm. The reason for this plan was that we couldn't find a good flight back to Antalya. After getting back, we were going to spend a few days at our home in Istanbul and then go back to Antalya, which is where we actually live. They say they can't give us our money back because our return isn't going the same way. We had no choice but to buy a ticket for Istanbul. We're only going to Sweden for a short trip; we're not moving there permanently. It doesn't matter what city we go back to; we have to get back to our country. Pegasus is making us pay for a return ticket for a flight that didn't happen, and they won't even apologize for the trouble this caused. People bought these tickets through Pegasus's advertising. I now think these ads aren't telling the truth, and a lot of flights get canceled a month before they were supposed to leave. People who are traveling suffer, and Pegasus makes money from the money they collect months in advance. The money they eventually return is worthless because of inflation, even if they do. The airline Pegasus is terrible. My spouse and I have to fly four times a month, and Pegasus is sometimes what we used. No longer—I'd rather take the bus than fly with this company again. I'm going to tell everyone I meet or know not to use Pegasus.
