Pegasus Airlines Forgot to Register Our Flight on the System, We Can't Get Refund from Agency
Never buy an international flight ticket from Pegasus!! We had a flight with a layover in Italy on the way to Rio de Janeiro. Even though we didn't need a transit visa and would only be in the transit zone (the consulate and Italian airlines confirmed we didn't need it), they didn't let us board the flight. And during the refund process, they refused to refund, claiming that we bought the ticket from a travel agency. The travel agency says Pegasus marked us as a "no-show" (meaning we didn't take the flight), so they can't process a refund. However, on that day, we were told that our names were being processed and entered into the system. Now, we can't find anyone to talk to. PEGASUS IS A REGRET. We'll see you in court. Even if it costs twice the ticket price, I'll stand against this injustice till the end! I'll make sure to tell everyone everywhere. We'll take the legal process to the press.
