my flight at 7:10 pm got pushed back to 8:50 pm, this delay is such a hassle for my trip from Sabiha Gokcen to Trabzon. I've got a connecting trip to catch and might even miss the last bus. Even though I told the airline people about my problem right away, they didn't help me out at all. It sucks to deal with staff who don't care about making our travel experiences better, worse, I found out there were empty seats on the plane. So, I just asked nicely if I could sit in one of those seats. But can you believe it? The airline said no to my request and even had the nerve to ask for more money!
