Pegasus Airlines Again Canceled Our Flight From Istanbul To Nuremberg
On August 26, 2023, just a few hours before our flight from Istanbul to Nuremberg, Pegasus Airlines notified us that the flight was canceled. As expected, we couldn't reach anyone from Pegasus in Turkey, so we had to contact them through Germany. Our flight was rescheduled to the next day, with a change in the airport to Munich. However, there's no guarantee that this one won't be canceled as well. We had to cover the expenses for accommodation in Istanbul for one night for our family of four, and also for transportation from Munich to Nuremberg. We are in a very distressing situation. We have no idea how our grievances will be addressed. This is the second or third time we've faced the same issue with the service quality of Pegasus Airlines.
Due to Pegasus Airlines, we had to fly to Munich instead of Nuremberg and had to rent a car because we needed to get to Nuremberg. The bill for the rented car is attached. We had to return the rented car to the car rental service at Nuremberg Airport. Since we couldn't rent a new car because it was already too late, we had to stay the night in a hotel in Nuremberg. The hotel bill is also attached.
