Telegram Number Banned Without Warning – Unblock Account

I am writing because my Telegram account linked to the phone number +57 315 340 9*** was first frozen on April 24 and later banned on May 14 without any explanation or prior warning. From one day to the next, when I tried to access Telegram on my Android phone, a message appeared saying that my phone number is blocked. I was never notified about any violation or offensive behavior, and I genuinely do not know what I might have done wrong. The only difficulty I had before this issue was that sometimes the app did not clearly notify me that it needed to be updated. Since the ban, I have repeatedly contacted Telegram support by email, asking you to review my account and to let me know if I violated any rule, but I have never received a response. I am very worried about what happened to my account and I would like to recover it, since I mainly used it to stay updated on news and leaks about my favorite game. I kindly request that you thoroughly review what happened to the account, inform me of the exact reason for the block and the ban, and, if possible, unblock my number and restore access to my account.
