Pegasus Airlines Canceled The Flight And We Had To Pay 1 Day's Extra
My wife and I were scheduled to fly from Sabiha Gökçen to Mecca on March 20, 2024, on Pegasus Airlines. However, Pegasus canceled our flight and rebooked us on a flight the day before, March 19, 2024.
This caused us significant inconvenience and expense. We had to pay for an extra night in a hotel, rent a car, and make other unexpected expenditures.
We contacted Pegasus Airlines to request compensation for our expenses, but they refused. They claimed that they were not required to compensate us because the cancellation was due to circumstances beyond their control.
We are very disappointed with Pegasus Airlines' customer service. We believe that they should have compensated us for our expenses, and we are considering filing a complaint with the Turkish Civil Aviation Authority.
