Pegasus Airlines canceled my son’s ticket for his flight to Istanbul without notifying us. He was supposed to fly to Stuttgart with a layover in Istanbul on October 11, 2024, but they canceled the Istanbul flight without any communication. If we hadn’t checked the Pegasus website ourselves, we would have been stranded with no information. It seems like Pegasus deliberately didn’t inform us and would have waited until we were at the airport to say the flight was canceled. I’m extremely frustrated and want to express my complaint here. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and I expect Pegasus to take responsibility for their poor communication and resolve this issue properly.
